Q & A - We Answer Your Frequently Asked Questions
Items We Don’t Pick Up
We strive to help you get rid of as much junk as possible, but there are some items we cannot remove.
Restricted items include:
- Rock
- Concrete (Limited amounts can be picked up, but it will have a surcharge)
- Dirt
- Shingles
- Grand Pianos
- Dead Animals
- Cars
- Non-Dog Pet Waste
- Radioactive Material
- Take up to 100 square feet of bagged tile
- Anything that is too heavy for team members to lift with their hands or a a dolly.
Fallen branches and brush can be removed, but it does get pricey. We suggest scheduling a free onsite estimate.
What areas near me do you offer junk removal services?
We consider specialty service to San Antonio and Wimberly upon request.
How does the process work?
Call us for a FREE onsite quote where our uniformed, licensed and insured crew will come and inspect the items in person. If you’re happy with our price, we can come ready to complete the job same-day, or we can schedule a pick up for a later date if it’s more convenient.
You can also get a FREE online estimate where you provide all necessary information upfront as well as upload pictures, but we will give you a ballpark range, not an exact quote.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Our onsite estimates are always FREE. Our premium junk removal rates start at $148 plus tax and fuel charge for 80 cubic feet or less, and with our Best Price Guarantee, you can rest assured you’ll get the best quality deal in town. We do have additional surcharges for special items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For residents, we accept exact change cash, all major credit cards and Venmo. We may do others, but please ask. For businesses, we can do all resident options as well as an emailed invoice, but please ask for details.
Do you allow drop-offs?
No, we do not. We are a pick up service only. Our facilities do not allow the public to come onsite to drop off anything, however we are open by appointment to pickup resale items.
Do you lend out trailers or dumpsters?
No, we do not. If you leave it all together in one place, we will come pick it up from there. However that doesn’t mean we won’t come get things that aren’t in one place. We can gather things from from the entire area, there will just be labor charges.
