What ways can we help with bulk removal?
This intro package is only good for items outside the dumpster or compactor and does not include hazardous chemicals or tires. It also does not include labor to bag small items or loose trash around the area. We do offer other subscription packages that can include those line items.

Our trash valet services provide the best value. For a flat rate we pickup trash and recycling three times a week. Within that subscription price, bulk removal, tidy grounds, trash outs and writs of possession are all included with no extra charge. You can save thousands and possibly make a profit. This also allows us to save as much from the landfill as possible.
Dumpster Bulk Removal Subscription
We’ll remove all your bulk from around dumpsters at a flat monthly rate. Apartments and other multi-family homes can save an average of $2,000 a month by removing items like mattresses, couches, appliances, recliners, tires, and hazardous materials from around dumpsters regularly. Never worry about a mess accumulating on the property, and retain 20% of your tenants. This package includes bulk removal for trash outs and writs of possession. You don’t want a subscription? Then call as needed, but you may most likely spend more money.
Trash Outs & Writs of Possession
Contact us or book online if you need a trash out or writ of possession. No more dumpster renting, overworking maintenance or calling a third-party vendor. This is built into subscriptions, or you can get it done as needed. Booking this service with us ensures even more items can be saved from the landfill. It can be a small or big hoarder job. We do all the labor of bagging, moving, sorting and hauling. Things of value will be recycled locally.
Tidy Grounds
We will pick up litter and pet waste from all over the property once a week at a flat price. You can give your maintenance team an extra couple of hours a week to fulfill work orders, and you will be able to increase rent by $50 because you have clean common areas. Even if you sign up for this smallest subscription, you’ll get discounts on bulk removal while we are there at the property. Like we say, no job is too big or small.
